-Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received.
-Item must be in original packaging , unworn, unwashed.
-Item must be free of makeup, stains, and odors.
-Sale or discounted coded items are all FINAL SALE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Make sure to send photos of the defective item any specify the concern you have (size, color, image etc.). Kindly include your email address, name and order number in the email as well when contacting us.
For Shipping and processing please allow 2-10 business days. Please be advised all products in our store are MADE TO ORDER. As soon as your order we get to work making your product. We will make every effort to get the order to you timely and delays may occur that are beyond our control.
