Refund Policy
While we do not offer EXCHANGES we do offer REFUNDS. Please be advised we ONLY offer refunds for misprinted/damaged/defective items.
All refunds are sent via the original payment method. If for any reason you no longer have access to that payment method please contact your financial institution.
Return/Refund Policy Guidelines
-Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received.
-Item must be in original packaging , unworn, unwashed.
-Item must be free of makeup, stains, and odors.
-Sale or discounted coded items are all FINAL SALE NON-REFUNDABLE.
After reviewing our refund policy you may contact our team customersupport@thatsongod.com in regards to any defective items. Make sure to send photos of the defective item and specify the concern you have (size, color, image etc.). Kindly include your email address, name and order number in the email as well when contacting us.
